Description Renault Logan MCV

Renault Logan MCV five-door version of Logan station wagon. The second generation of the model was introduced in the fall of 2013 under the Dacia brand, but the novelty arrived on our market already with the nameplate of the parent company Renault. Sales of restyled Logan MCV started simultaneously with sedan of the same name and hatchback Sandero at the beginning of 2017.

The updated Logan is easy to distinguish from pre-reform on a false radiator grille with wider horizontal slats and other headlights with daytime running lights (LED) stylized as the letter “C”. Changes have also taken place in the cabin: a new three-spoke steering wheel with a horn button in the center and turn indicators with one-touch control appeared, and power windows for the front doors were included in the basic equipment (on the driver's side - with an auto-closer). In addition, a rear-view camera and rear parking sensors have been added to the list of additional options.

In Ukraine, the range of Renault Logan MCV station wagon engines consists of two gasoline and one diesel engines:

• gasoline four-cylinder engine with a volume of 1.2 liters (75 hp, 107 Nm);
• petrol three-cylinder turbo engine with a volume of 0.9 l (90 hp, 140 Nm);
• diesel four-cylinder turbo engine with a volume of 1.5 liters (90 hp, 220 Nm).

Gearboxes are five-speed: manual and robotic with one clutch. However, the "robot" is only available for a car with a 0.9-liter engine.

The updated Logan MCV is also available in a "crossover" version Stepway Cross. Similar to a hatchback Sandero Stepway it differs from the original model in increased ground clearance (174 mm), unpainted protective pads on the wheel arches, along the sills and on the bumpers, as well as original wheel covers. In addition, the cross-version is offered in improved equipment with side airbags in front, climate control, rear parking sensors, electrically adjustable and heated mirrors, and other equipment. This version is equipped exclusively with a 0.9-liter engine.

Renault Logan MCV sold in Ukraine were produced in Romania.
