Renault Sandero - the car is built on the same platform as Renault Logan, or rather Dacia Logan. After all, both cars are sold in Europe under the Romanian brand. About 70% of Sandero's parts are unified with the sedan. But the wheelbase of the hatchback is 44 mm shorter, which, however, did not at all affect the space in the cabin.

Trunk volume in the normal state of the Sandero is 320 liters, but with the rear seats folded down, it can be increased to 1,200 liters.

Unlike Logan, Sandero on the Ukrainian market offers not only a manual gearbox, but also a four-band automatic, which can be equipped with modifications with a 1.6-liter sixteen-valve gasoline engine with 103 hp.

Also, as a power plant, you can choose less powerful “eight-valve” with a volume of 1.4 (75 hp) and 1.6 liters (84 hp). The only possible transmission for them is a five-speed "mechanics".

An alternative to petrol versions of the model is a gas modification, a 1.4-liter 72-horsepower engine which can run on both propane-butane and gasoline. The box is again mechanical.

The advantages of the car in operating conditions on Ukrainian roads include an energy-intensive suspension, unpretentiousness of engines to the quality of gasoline, as well as a good ground clearance, which is 155 mm. The first generation of the model was produced in Romania. In the near future, the company will begin deliveries to Ukraine of the second generation Renault Sandero, which was presented under the Dacia brand in September 2012 at the Paris Motor Show.
