Renault Sandero - The second generation of the B-class hatchback was presented in September 2012 at the Paris Motor Show. In October 2016, the French brand showed restyled a vehicle with a new grille, headlights with C-stripe LED daytime running lights, taillights with a more embossed pattern, a redesigned front bumper and side mirrors. Ukrainian dealers of Renault have cars with an updated design appeared in January 2017.
The restyled Renault Sandero also received a new steering wheel with a horn button in the center, power windows for the front doors (impulse on the driver's side) and a hill-start assist system as standard. In addition to this, the fuel tank cap can now be opened directly from the passenger compartment, and a rear-view camera with rear parking sensors and a new version of the media system with the Medianav Evolution navigator have appeared in the list of additional options.
In the basic equipment, Sandero is equipped with frontal airbags for the driver and front passenger, ABS and ESP systems, power steering, air conditioning and a radio tape recorder, CD / MP3, Bluetooth, USB, as well as steering column controls. For a surcharge, you can install front side airbags, fog lights, a height-adjustable driver's seat, as well as R15 alloy wheels and heated and electric exterior mirrors.
In Euro NCAP crash tests Sandero hatchback received a decent rating for such a budget model - 4 stars. The tests were carried out in 2013 on a pre-styling model under the Dacia brand, which differs from the Renault of the same name in some design elements, but is structurally identical and is produced at the same plant in Romania.

Renault Sandero is equipped with a 1.2-liter four-cylinder petrol engine (75 hp) and a 0.9-liter three-cylinder turbo unit (90 hp) with a stop / start system. The first unit is combined only with a 5-speed “mechanics”, a robotic gearbox of the same range is also available for the second. In addition, you can choose Sandero with a 1.5-liter dCi 90 turbodiesel (90 hp) and a five-speed manual. This option is the most economical. In the "heavy-fuel" five-door, fuel consumption in the urban cycle is declared at the level of 4.4 liters, and in the suburban - 3.7 liters.
